The Bouncer!

Jack really loves bouncing around on our laps, and will do it for hours. Jenn finally hooked him up to the suspended bouncer yesterday (see picture below). Now, he can bounce as long as he wants. I think he realized there can be too much of a good thing, though. About an hour after bouncing yesterday, he looked exhausted. Every once in a while, he'd get a second wind, and bounce up and down and laugh with a big smile, but he was pooped.

He barely had any of his bottle before he zonked out as Jenn put him to bed. :) At least we know Jackie's getting his exercise.

In other news, this kid is a giant. He's already outgrown his 6-9 months clothes, and we just bought some more 1-year-old clothes that he's wearing. Oh, and he's just a shade over 5 months now. This kid is ginormous!

His sleep is a little off kilter though. Wakes up a few times a night. We hope to get that back down soon. Going to see Grandma Merna and Grandpa Warren next week at Thanksgiving, in addition to all the other Hull cousins and second cousins! Should be fun! And loud!

now we are 5

five months for jack!

when i'm at work, i find myself constantly flipping back to the blog, or to my desktop pictures of jackeroni. it's still just as hard leaving for work as it was after he was born. i guess it doesn't get easier.

jack's doing fun things these days. he's starting to turn over (although he sounds like he's going to explode when he's on his tummy trying to turn over. he grunts louder than a greco-roman wrestler).

he's also a little frog. if you hold him up, he'll bounce up and down all night long. he's a dancin' machine!
